 KeHo Home Care is proud to partner with the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) to support families through the Structured Family Caregiving (SFC) program, offered under the Aged & Disabled Medicaid Waiver.
This program allows qualifying family members to receive financial and professional support while caring for a loved one at home. Through this partnership, we empower families with training, resources, and dedicated coaching—ensuring loved ones receive compassionate, high-quality care in the comfort and dignity of their own homes. 

1. You must live in the State of Indiana. 

2. You must live with your Caregiver in the same house or apartment. 

3.  You must be Medicaid eligible or already have Medicaid while meeting financial/asset requirements for the Medicaid’s Aged & Disabled Waiver.
